符合GB/T17651.1~2、IEC61034-1~2《电缆和光缆在特定条件下燃烧的烟密度测定》。用来测定电缆和光缆在特定条件
下燃烧时释出烟的浓度。
一、 特点
本仪器涉及机械、光学、电子三个方面的*知识，是机光电一体化产品，具有结构合理、性能稳定、操作简便等优点；
WINDOWS XP操作界面、LabVIEW风格、完善的安全机制。测试期间实时显示测量结果并动态地绘出**曲线，数据可
以*保存、调阅和打印输出,可直接打印报表。见图1、图2
二、原理
电缆或光缆在特定条件下燃烧的烟密度光测系统由光源、硅光电池接受器和计算机系统组成。光源产生的光通过3m×3m
×3m的烟密度实验室，在光源对面的墙上形成一直径1.5m±0.1m 的均匀光束，安装在光束中心处的光电池检测来自光源
的光束强度。当燃烧室内由于燃烧电缆或光缆产生大量烟雾时，烟把光电吸收掉一部分，达到硅光电池的光束强度就减弱，
通过计算机系统对数据进行处理，就能够计算出相对于初始时为**的具有线性响应的透光率It。
二、 燃烧室之设计（见图3）
采取两种方式供客户选择：*种采用砖砌墙，我公司提功设计方案，派*工程师现场施工指导；*二种用合适材料固
定在角铁支架上而构成整个立方体燃烧室。
三、设备组成
1、燃烧室：内尺寸：3M x 3M x 3M共27立方米。可为砖墙结构、也可为钢板结构，由客户选择
1、光测装置：A、光源进口石英卤素灯：标称功率：100W 标称电压：12V 标称光返量：2000—3000Lm
B、接受器：为硅光电池 ，透光率0%为无光线通过，透光率**光无遮挡通过。
2、标准火源：A、火源为1.0L酒精
B、酒精盘：为不锈钢，底面：210x110mm, *面：240x140mm,高度80mm
3、烟的混合：利用台式风扇使烟在燃烧室里均匀分布。
4、空白试验：燃烧酒精灯使燃烧室的温度达到：25±5℃。
5、测温装置：在门内面距地面高度1.5M,距墙0.5M的地方装有温度传感器。
6、含透光率测量软件一套，可输出曲线和报表。
